The Ultimate Guide For Inkless Stretch Mark Revision (ISR) Pre-&-Post Care
Inkless stretch mark treatments work similarly to micro-needling, which uses a device to make very small punctures in the skin. The micro-needling process causes micro trauma to the treated area, triggering a healing result. This treatment creates new collagen which rejuvenates the stretch marks.

What Happens During The Healing Phase
Healing typically takes 30-45 days to heal. In certain cases, healing can take up to 90 days and beyond. We encourage clients to use the aftercare oil religiously to help with healing.
The treated area might look red or darker than the skin tone for 4-8 weeks, sometimes longer.
The treated area will typically sting after a shower for the first few days.
As the area heals, it might be dry, itchy and flaky.
Day 1: Area is bright red with some swelling for up to 24 hours
Day 1-2: Area may feel a little tender
Day 2-7: Area is dark red
Day 7-10: Area may seem completely healed but stretch marks are dark (this is expected)
Day 7-21: Area might show different shades of pink, red or brown. May remain longer on deep areas.
After Day 21: Area will start to normalize with new collagen growth
Smokers, diabetics, and those who generally heal slowly will find their own level. Everyone responds differently to the treatment and each session is different.
